Claims, Chargebacks and Disputes
If you choose to file a claim with your credit card company or Stripe then you will not be provided under any circumstances with a refund – further you will be banned from using The Psychology Career Prep at any time in the future.
Filing these claims is an unnecessary, time-consuming, expensive and bureaucratic process for all parties involved – it’s a path often used by people aiming to defraud us and we will defend all claims.
We keep records of all member activity which we will submit to our payment gateway and/or credit card companies, this will often cause us to be able to win the claim and damage your credit rating with your credit card provider or our gateway provider.
Let’s not be nasty to each other, we want to help, please contact us instead.
We believe that this is reasonable as we offer a completely sensible path to a refund and we are 100% committed to helping you out.
Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Freund Enterprises Inc. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.
In no event will Freund Enterprises Inc or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this Agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data; or (iv) for any amounts that exceed the fees paid by you to Freund Enterprises Inc under this agreement during the twelve (12) month period prior to the cause of action. Freund Enterprises Inc shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond their reasonable control. The foregoing shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
You may not resell, share, or publish subscription credentials or access. You may not provide direct, or indirect access to our content or downloads.
Refund Policy
All products are sold “as is”. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued.
Price Changes
Freund Enterprises Inc reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a subscription (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Prices of all subscriptions and products, including but not limited to monthly subscription plan fees, are subject to change at any time. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to our website.
Warranty
Our Services are provided “as is.” Freund Enterprises Inc and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither Freund Enterprises Inc nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that our Services will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services through, our Services at your own discretion and risk.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Freund Enterprises Inc, and its Affiliate Companies, and their officers, agents, employees, partners, and licensees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post, transmit or otherwise make available through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the TOS, or your violation of any rights of another.

Your privacy is critically important to us. At Freund Enterprises Inc we have a few fundamental principles:

Freund Enterprises Inc acknowledges that all individuals have the right to access the personal information/data that we maintain about them. If requested to remove data, we will respond within a reasonable timeframe, not to exceed one week.
If we ever were to engage in any onward transfers of your data with third parties for a purpose other than which it was originally collected or subsequently authorized, we would provide you with an opt-out choice to limit the use and disclosure of your personal data.
